Established in 2005, the Menifee Girls Softball League (MGS) has become a gold standard for recreational softball throughout the United States. Operating entirely through dedicated volunteers, MGS is a non-profit organization committed to being the premier recreational softball league within the city of Menifee and surrounding communities.

The primary mission of MGS is to provide and maintain a safe, competitive, and educational environment for all participants. All league activities are conducted under strict adult supervision, with mandatory background checks to ensure the safety and well-being of every player. MGS places strong emphasis on softball education, skill development, equal participation, teamwork, positive sportsmanship, community involvement, self-confidence, and healthy competition.

The league relies on registration fees, sponsorships, fundraising, and generous donations to support and advance its programs, allowing athletes to grow and compete within the world of USA Fastpitch Softball.
