MGS Guidelines for Spring 2022
We will follow state regulations and guidelines which include:
- Players and Coaches must walk up to the fields in mask. Once on fields and practicing mask are not required.
- If the coaches talk to the girls after practice, girls and coaches must where mask.
- Sterilization of all shared equipment (balls, nets and tees) before and after conditioning.
- No shared catchers gear will be provided this season.
- Hand sanitizer must be provided by the team.
- Any players, parents, coaches or siblings showing signs of illness are not allowed to participate.
- Parents with any concerns should not attend until they feel safe enough to let their child play, as this is optional to attend.
- Parents will be asked to stay 6' feet apart from other families at all times and required to sit on the outside of the outfield fence or remain in their car for the duration of conditioning.
- Parents are encouraged to wear masks.
- Equipment and bags will be hung on the outside of the field 6’ apart from each team mate's items.
- Players will not be allowed to give high fives.
- Conditioning drills will be not larger than 10 players in a group.
